Albert Feng received his Ph.D. from Cornell University in 1975. He is a professor in the University of Illinois Department of Molecular and Integrative Physiology, the Bioengineering Program, the Center for Biophysics and Computational Biology, and the Neuroscience Program; and a full-time faculty member in the Beckman Institute NeuroTech Group. His field of professional interest is neuroscience.

Honors: Fellow, Alexander Von Humboldt Foundation; Fellow, AAAS; Fellow, Acoustical Society of America; Michael Faraday Fellowship; Member of Eta Kappa Nu, Phi Kappa Phi, and Sigma Xi; American Men and Women in Science, Who's Who, Who's Who in Technology Today, Who's Who in Science and Engineering, Who's Who in Frontiers of Science and Technology, Who's Who in the World, International Who's Who in Medicine.
