Gary Dell received his Ph.D. from the University of Toronto in 1980. He is a professor in the U of I Department of Psychology and a full-time faculty member in the Beckman Institute Cognitive Science group. His fields of professional interest are psycholinguistics, cognitive science, and connectionist models.
Honors: American Psychological Association Early Career Award for Distinguished Scientific Contribution to Psychology (1987).
