Arthur Kramer received his Ph.D. from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 1984. He is a Professor in the U of I Department of Psychology, the Campus Neuroscience Program, and the Institute of Aviation; and a full-time faculty member in the Beckman Institute Human Perception and Performance group. His fields of professional interest are cognitive neuroscience, cognitive and brain plasticity, aging, attention, perception and human factors.
